| Rates and Policy: *Service Rates: In-Office and Telephone Holistic Health Consultations Single Session: Initial In-Office Consultation = $250 Follow-Up In-Office Session = $145 Initial Telephone Consultation = $190 Follow-Up Telephone Session = $115 Four-Sessions Package purchases are offered to encourage a commitment to working through chronic health conditions, that may require multiple sessions to fully address. You can powerfully and positively alter the course of a health issue within four sessions. If the issue requires further addressing after the four-sessions, you are encouraged to purchase another package or individual sessions. Four-Sessions consultation package comes with a built-in 10% discount. Mommy & Newborn In-Home Assessment Single Session: Initial Consultation = $350 Follow-Up Session = $200 Four-Sessions Package (includes 1 Initial Consultation and 3 Follow-Up Sessions) = $855 Reflexology (Non-Consultation) Sessions: Single and Package Rates: (in-office visits) 45 minute session = $90 1 hour and 10 minutes session = $135 Packages: (in-office visits) 4 - 45 minute sessions = $320 4 - 1 hour and 10 minutes sessions = $500 *All four-session packages are to be used within 45 days of purchase. *Additional fees apply for all product purchases recommended within consultation. *New York State tax is added to all products (excluding NJ office). *prices are subject to change. *Telephone Holistic Health Consultations are available for Aromatherapy, Homeopathy, Flower Essences and Herbal Care. *Initial Consultations can last up to 2 hours. *Follow-Up sessions can last up to 1 hour and are recommended weekly or bi-weekly (or as needed). Payment and Appointment Policy: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your in-office appointment. Whole Creations requires at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit/debit card number is needed to hold your appointment. If appointments are not cancelled within that time period or there is a no-show, your credit/debit card will be charged the full amount. For all appointments made within 24 hours of receiving the service, a 3-hour cancellation policy applies (for example, if you call at 10:00am Eastern Standard Time (EST) to schedule a 5:00pm EST appointment for that day, but, then decide to cancel, you are required to cancel by 2:00pm EST that day. Your credit/debit card will not be charged). If not adhered to, your credit/debit card will then be charged the full amount. The 24 hour cancellation policy also applies to clients who purchase a package upfront. If appointments are not cancelled at least 24 hours of the time of the visit or there is a no-show, your credit/debit card will be charged $200 (for Practitioner's time and empty appointment slot). All cancellations must be made by telephone.
