Q: Are you a midwife or doula? A: No. We do recognize the delicate nature and uniqueness of the client's maternal transition and offer safe alternative or complementary therapies as a resource for healthy living and overall wellness.
Q: What is the difference between essential oils and fragrance oils? A: Essential oils, also known as the life blood or soul of plants, are extracted from trees, flowers, and leaves and has its own unique make up and properties. Fragrance oils are synthetically produced scenting oils, sometimes containing blends of essential oils. At Whole Creations, we only use pure, top quality essential oils.

Q: What type of aromatherapy products do you create and use during Holistic Birthing Support? A: General essential oil potions include pain management blend for areas such as, back and legs, as well as, a cesarean section incision-healing blend, if applicable, or a potion for general tearing of the skin. Emotional blends include, anxiety/worry, fear, grief, panic/shock, mood/uplifting/calming, fatigue relief and postpartum care. These essential oil blends will be applied during a light massage on the body or feet or through inhalation. Reflexology can also be administered to address stimulation of labor and breast milk flow.
Q: What is an aromatherapy potion? A: Our aromatherapy creations are referred to as potions in honor of ancient practices. A potion was considered a concoction used to facilitate healing. Our potions can be created as a massage oil, spray, shampoo, body powder or bath salt.
Q: What should I expect from a Whole Creations Consultation and Follow-Up Session? A: First, we will conduct a telephone intake in which you will inform Practitioner of your reason(s) for requesting a consultation. Thereafter, Whole Creations services, prices, packages and other policies are explained to you. Should you choose to purchase a package, payment will be made in full prior to the first appointment. An appointment date for your initial consultation is scheduled in-office, on the telephone/online or within your home. Within the initial consultation you will fill out a health and lifestyle form with the assistance of the Practitioner. During this session, we will discuss the findings in the form and decide the best modality or modalities to utilize to address the issue in the follow-up sessions. Within the follow-up sessions, you may receive the following modality support:
- Aromatherapy, Flower Essences, Homeopathy and/or Herbal Care product creations. - Enzyme muscle testing to determine enzyme status within the body. - Full body Holistic Synergy Energywork. - 30 minute Reflexology on the feet; starting with an assessment of the feet (skin color, texture, discolorations, nail color and bone structure) and then footwork. (Reflexology is also available on the hands and ears).
Length of time for initial consultation: up to 1 ½ hours
During your follow up sessions, your progress with the products and other suggestions will be discussed, along with the possible purchase of the same or a different product.
Please Note: Follow up appointments are encouraged weekly or bi-weekly until health challenge is completely addressed. Length of time for follow up consultation: up to 1 hour

Q: Will the therapies within your Holistic Healthcare interfere with conventional treatment? A: Within our holistic practice, when specific instructions for use of products or administering of bodywork are implemented appropriately, no interference is reported.
Q: What is saponified (as a description of castile soap in the WholeCare Natural Hair and Body Lifestyle Products)? A: The process of saponification is the combining of natural plant oils with alkaline water.
Q: What does the butterfly image represent? A: It is a symbol of transformation or the announcement of a new way of being.
